Return Policy

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order;

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must include all tags, original packaging, and accessories.

• When submitting your request, please provide your order number, shipping information, and a description of the issue with the item (if there is a quality issue, please include photos).

Circumstances in Which Returns Are Not Accepted

• Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale;

• Personal hygiene items such as underwear and socks (unless there is a quality issue);

• Clearance items, special offers, and promotional items marked as "no returns";

• Items not purchased from this store or those beyond the return period.

Return Process

• Please contact our customer service team at support@nkfcnvc.com, explain the reason for the return, and provide your order number;

• Once your request has been approved by customer service, you will be notified via email of the return address and important instructions (please do not ship the package back on your own until you have received the return address);

• Please return the item using a traceable shipping method and email us the tracking number;

• Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our standards, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Fee Information

• For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or missing items, this store will cover the shipping costs;

• For returns requested for personal reasons (such as the wrong size or not liking the item), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
