1. Scope of application

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through this website (https://nkfcnvc.com). By placing an order on this site, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy — please read them together before purchasing.

2. Orders and Order Confirmation

You can place an order by selecting an item, adding to the shopping cart, filling in the settlement information (recipient, delivery address and contact information), and submitting the order. Please ensure that the contact information and shipping address are accurate, and we may communicate with you about the order through the email or phone you provide.

Orders will be deemed accepted after we confirm them by email or send the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to shipment, including:

• Goods are out of stock or have been discontinued;
• There are obvious errors in the price or product information displayed on the website;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect that the order involves fraud, unauthorized payments or other illegal activity.

If the paid order is cancelled due to the above reasons, the amount received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

3. Prices, currencies and taxes

• All prices on this site are denominated and charged in United States dollars (USD).
• We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide (Free Worldwide Shipping); the shipping cost is $0, and the checkout page will display $0.
• The price does not include tariffs, import fees, etc. imposed by the destination country, and such fees (if any) are borne by the recipient.
• If the price tag is wrong due to technical reasons, we may confirm with you and continue to perform the contract or cancel the order and refund the full amount.

4. Payment

• Support PayPal, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards securely processed on the official PayPal platform.
• The full payment will be charged when placing an order; the order will not be processed until payment is unsuccessful.
• Our servers do not store your complete card number or PayPal account credentials, and all payment information is processed on the payment institution's secure platform.
• On your bank or PayPal statement, the merchant name for this charge may appear as "Jiangxi Niankang Industry and Trade Co., Ltd." or a similar name.

5. Shipping and distribution

• After payment is confirmed, the order is usually processed and issued within 3 working days.
• Support international transportation. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are generally 7–20 working days, excluding customs clearance delays beyond our control.
• After shipment (if applicable), provide the shipping bill number by email or through account.
• Delivery will be deemed completed when a package is delivered to the address you designate or is signed for, and the risk of damage and loss of the goods will pass to you from the time of delivery.
• If the package is seriously delayed or lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in tracing it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. 30-day return period

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Returns must meet:

• Not used, and the status is consistent with that at the time of delivery;
• The original packaging is in good condition, with complete accessories, instructions and gifts;
• Provide the order number or other proof of purchase.

To apply for a return, please contact us first through the channels listed in Article 12 to obtain the return address and instructions. Do not return it without confirmation. Except for our fault or product quality issues, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

7. Refund

After receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will inform you of the processing results; if the return passes the review, a refund will be made within 7 working days.

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method for the order (such as your PayPal account or bank card).
• Affected by the payment institution's processing process, it may take several additional working days for refunds to arrive.
• For returns due to our fault or product quality problems, the shipping costs you have paid will be refunded; for other returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Damaged, defective or misdelivered goods

If the goods arrive in damage, have quality flaws, or are not the goods you ordered, please contact us with the order number and provide photos or videos of the goods and packaging within 7 days after signing. After verification, we offer you two options: free replacement or full refund (including paid shipping). We will bear the shipping costs of such return products.

9. Order cancellation

You can contact us to cancel and receive a full refund before your order is issued. If the order has been issued, please follow the 30-day return process in Article 6. Refunds for cancellations of orders will be refunded within 7 working days after confirmation of cancellation.

10. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Some products may come with additional manufacturer warranties, and the warranty terms (if any) stated on the product page or packaging apply first. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for the order is limited to the amount actually paid for the goods, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This article does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you enjoy under the laws of your place of residence.

11. Application of law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes arising from orders, both parties shall first negotiate amicably; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in our place.
